Excessive Amount of Protein

Protein is really important and it plays an important role in the weight loss process. You need to control its consumption because excessive protein is not good for your health. It will be stored as fat and can increase your weight. You should avoid sugary and fatty protein bars. Most of the woman needs only 50 to 60 grams of protein in a day.

Consume Vegetables

It is important to consume almost 2.5 cups daily and do some work on them. You can include a slice of tomatoes on your breakfast toast or make a spinach of turkey. Your plate should be colorful enough because there are lots of vegetables like carrots, cabbage, spinach, tomato, radish, etc. People fail to consume enough vegetables on a regular basis.

A Big Glass of Juice in Breakfast

Lots of people like to take the juice in breakfast, but it is not good because lots of juices can increase your blood sugar and produce more insulin. It will increase your hunger and you may tempt to eat more. You should include protein and fiber in your breakfast, such as eggs, whole-grain toast, etc.

Excessive Sleep

You only need to sleep for almost 7 to 8 hours in the night. Excessive sleep may affect your appetite and hunger hormones. You need to sleep for 8 hours only and include some workout in your regular routine.

Workout is not a License to Binge Eating

Some people regularly walk for 1 to 2 hours in a day, and after that they do overeat. They ate twice more than regular routine and as a result, they gain more weight. It is not good because exercise doesn’t meat to eat more food. Keep it in mind, in order to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you consume.
